Heavy Rainfall Likely with Flooding Possible Late Tonight into Saturday Night

A weather system is expected to bring heavy rainfall to our region tomorrow, October 7th. A Flood Watch is currently in effect for Westchester County, with a general 1.5-2.5 inches of rain expected, with localized amounts in excess of 4 inches possible. Rainfall rates in excess of 1 inch per hour are possible.

Residents are encouraged to monitor the local forecast, prepare households and vehicles for heavy rain, and use caution when traveling.
