New Silver Lake Hours
Effective Monday, August 22nd through Wednesday, August 31st and September 3rd, 4th & 5th, Silver Lake hours will be from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Silver Lake will be closed on September 1st & 2nd and will close for the season on September 6th, 2022.

Croton EMS Explorer Post 5500 is hosting a car wash at Harmon Firehouse on August 27. Funds raised will support training and equipment to better the future of Croton’s first responders.
 
Summer Jam with Peter Calo
Saturday, August 27 – 6 PM to 7 PM
Croton Free Library Front Lawn
 
Celebrate the end of summer with folk songs on the lawn! Join renowned local musician Peter Calo for an intimate and informal evening. No tickets required. All ages welcome. Bring a blanket or lawn chairs to sit on.
 
Free Rabies Vaccines for Westchester Pets
Saturday, August 27 – 10 AM to 3:30 PM

Westchester County residents can schedule free rabies vaccinations for their dogs, cats and ferrets on Saturday, August 27 from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the SPCA of Westchester, 590 North State Road, in Briarcliff Manor.  Call 914-941-2896 x 110 for a required appointment.  There will be no examinations.
 
Hudson River Arts & Crafts Festival
Saturday, September 3 – Noon to 4 PM

The Hudson River Fall Arts & Crafts Festival at Senasqua park is a fun on-day arts & crafts show on the River on Saturday, Sept 3 (rain date is Sunday, Sept.4). Admission and parking are free, so come on down to the River, bring your friends and family, and enjoy our beautiful village park!
 
Birding Field Trip with Saw Mill River Audubon
Saturday, September 3 – 7 AM to 9 AM
Croton Point Park
 
Join Saw Mill River Audubon for a small-group, guided bird walk. Good for all levels of birding experience. Beginners very welcome! Walks are for adults and youth age 8 or older. By advance reservation only. Learn more and register here.
