Croton residents Linda Simon & Christine O'Connor, experienced English teachers & tutors, are offering free sessions for students! Get help with starting a college essay, editing a draft, or finishing up the final product. Free and available to any high-school senior! To set up a 30-minute Zoom session, email lindasimon.ny@gmail.com.

 

Effective Monday, August 22nd through Wednesday, August 31^st and September 3rd, 4^th & 5^th, Silver Lake hours will be from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Silver Lake will be closed on September 1^st & 2^nd  and will close for the season on September 6, 2022.

Stop by and enjoy a refreshing ice cream cone with officers from the Croton Police Department! Bring your children for a fun summer afternoon hangout. Ice cream generously provided by Croton Corners.

 

Saturday, August 27 – 10 AM to 3:30 PM

SPCA of Westchester

 

Westchester County residents can schedule free rabies vaccinations for their dogs, cats and ferrets on Saturday, August 27 from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the SPCA of Westchester, 590 North State Road, in Briarcliff Manor.  Call 914-941-2896 x 110 for a required appointment.  There will be no examinations.
