VILLAGE OF CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NEW YORK
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
 
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Regan Development Corporation, as the proposed purchaser and developer, has applied to the Village Board for a Special Permit to construct a multi-unit residential building on the parcel located at 41-51 Maple Street, Croton-on-Hudson; and
 
The subject property is designated on the tax maps of the Village as Section 78.12, Block 3, Lot 3, which is located in a C-2 Zoning District and within the Municipal Place Gateway Overlay District, allowing for a variety of commercial and multi-family residential uses; and
 
A Public Hearing on the merits of this application will be held on Monday, May 3, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. via videoconference in accordance with the rules and regulations outlined in Executive Order 202.1 issued by Governor Andrew Cuomo in at which time all interested parties will be heard.
