Con Edison Gas Main Project on Grand Street

Project Start Date Has Been Delayed to Monday, October 18th.

Con Edison has advised the Village that their gas main installation project on Grand Street will be delayed by one week. Con Edison will now begin the gas main installation project, from 25 Grand Street to 94 Grand Street, starting Monday, October 18th. The work will take place Mondays through Saturdays from 8 AM until 5 PM, and is expected to take about four to six weeks for completion of the gas main installation and service reconnections. Pavement restoration will be scheduled sometime afterward. Traffic delays may also occur due to occasional lane closures along Grand Street.
