Con Edison Gas Main Project on Grand Street

Con Edison has advised the Village that their contractor will begin a gas main installation project from 25 Grand Street to 94 Grand Street starting Tuesday, October 12th. The work will take place Mondays through Saturdays from 8 AM until 5 PM, and is expected to take about four to six weeks for completion of the gas main installation and service reconnections. Pavement restoration will be scheduled sometime afterward. Traffic delays may also occur due to occasional lane closures along Grand Street.
