Application to Hang a Banner for Special Events

The Village of Croton-on-Hudson is pleased to offer organizations the opportunity to hang a banner at the intersection of Croton Point Avenue and Veterans Plaza, near the entrance of the Croton Harmon Train Station.
Banners must have grommets on each corner and wind slits cut along the length of the banner for windy conditions. Maximum banner size is 11 feet by 2 feet high. Up to two banners may be displayed at once. Organizations may apply for either a one-week display or a two-week display. The fee is $25 per week for organizations based in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, and $50 per week for organizations based outside of the Village. Only banners that promote a cultural, educational, or community event will be approved. For-profit advertising is not permitted.
