ADVISORY: Paving on Grand Street & Benedict Boulevard 

Con Edison has notified the Village that the following roads are scheduled to be paved on Monday, August 14th and Tuesday, August 15th (weather permitting): 

• Benedict Boulevard; the section of Young Avenue between Benedict Boulevard and Devon Avenue; a section of Penfield Avenue between Benedict Boulevard and Oneida Avenue; South Riverside Avenue from Clinton Street to approximately 300 feet north of Oneida Avenue
• Grand Street from Mount Airy Road to Route 129, Church Street, and Wood Road

No parking will be permitted on the streets during the paving operations. Residents are encouraged to use alternate routes on these days to avoid traffic delays. 

Please be aware that prior to paving, the Department of Public Works will be conducting infrastructure repairs on the above roads. These repairs will prevent future damage and extend the lifespan of the pavement. This work will be taking place through Friday, August 11th. Please drive with caution in these areas, as workers may be in, crossing, or near the road. Thank you for your patience as improvements are made to our Village roadways.
