Advisory: Ongoing Sidewalk Installation at Maple Commons 4/9 - 4/19

Following up on the previous communication from late March, the Village would like to inform residents that work related the sidewalk installation project near Maple Commons is set to continue from April 9th to April 19th, excluding weekends.
Project Details
Location: 43 Maple Street to Wells Avenue
Working Days: Monday through Friday from April 9th to April 19th, 2024.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
During this period, residents can anticipate the following activities:
- Expect to see construction workers actively engaged in various tasks related to sidewalk installation, such as digging, pouring concrete, and finishing work.
- Safety signage, barriers, and warning lights may be installed around the work area to ensure the safety of both workers and pedestrians.
- During the concrete pouring phase of the sidewalk installation, it may be necessary to temporarily close lanes for the safety of workers and commuters.
Drivers may wish to utilize alternative routes during the installation to avoid disruptions.
