2019-20 Budget Adoption Message

Dear Neighbors:

I am pleased to report that, due to the diligent work of Village Manager Janine King, Treasurer Sandra Bullock and all of the village's Department Heads and their staffs, the Board of Trustees was able to unanimously approve a budget for Fiscal Year 2019-20 that maintains quality village services and invests in Village infrastructure while remaining under the tax cap.

Total appropriations are $19,427,655.  The property tax levy is $11,656,141 - an increase of 0.46% over the last year and $343,062 below the property tax cap. Debt service is $2,184,645, down by $232,887 from last year.
