Maple Commons Information Session

The application period for Maple Commons (43-45 Maple Street) is now open. Applications can be completed online by clicking here. The deadline to file your application for the housing lottery is April 18, 2024. The housing lottery will take place on May 3, 2024, at 2 p.m.
The Village and Regan Development Corporation have scheduled a series of information sessions where interested individuals can ask questions about the application process and receive assistance in completing their application. These information sessions have been scheduled for:
- Monday, March 18th from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Stanely H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building Community Room, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson.
- Thursday, March 28th from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Croton Free Library Ottinger Room, 171 Cleveland Drive, Croton-on-Hudson.
- Wednesday, April 10th from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Croton Free Library Ottinger Room, 171 Cleveland Drive, Croton-on-Hudson.
