Board of Trustees Meeting Agenda

The agenda for the July 5th Board of Trustees regular meeting and all associated backup materials is now available. You may view the agenda for the meeting by clicking here. Please note that the meeting will be held in-person at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building.

The Board of Trustees will be conducting a site walk prior to the meeting at 5:00 PM in the area of 23 Nordica Drive. The public is welcome to attend. 

The Board of Trustees encourages community members to use the normal chain of command to get answers to questions or to resolve concerns. Please consult the Village's contacts directory for information on how to contact members of the Village staff about an issue.

However, the Board values input from the community and it specifically reserves times at Board Meetings for public comment on matters of general interest. There are two opportunities for public comment: one on agenda items and one on non-agenda items. A member of the public may speak up to 5 minutes during either or both opportunities.

Public comments will also be accepted for the regular meeting in writing via our online submission form. They will be summarized for the meeting and added to the official record. Please submit all written comments by 4 PM on Tuesday, July 5th.
