Board of Trustees Meeting Agenda

May 3, 2021
Date:
Monday, May 3, 2021 - 6:00pm
The agenda for the May 3rd Board of Trustees regular meeting and all associated backup materials are now available. You may view the agenda for the regular meeting by clicking here.

Please note that the meeting will not be conducted at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building. The meeting will be conducted via Zoom (see information below) and will also be available on the Village Facebook page beginning at 5 p.m. for the work session, and thereafter for the board meeting.

The Board of Trustees encourages community members to use the normal chain of command to get answers to questions or to resolve concerns. Please consult the Village's contacts directory for information on how to contact members of the Village staff about an issue.

However, the Board values input from the community and it specifically reserves times at Board Meetings for public comment on matters of general interest. There are two opportunities for public comment: one on agenda items and one on non-agenda items. A member of the public may speak up to 5 minutes during either or both opportunities. Speakers on non-agenda items are asked to register in advance and may do so here.

Public comments will also be accepted for the regular meeting in writing via our online submission form. They will be summarized for the meeting and added to the official record. Please submit all written comments by 4 p.m. on Monday, May 3rd.
