On July 2, 2025, a telecommunications special permit application was received for the colocation of an AT&T Wireless cellular facility at the Stanley H. On August 20, 2025, the Village Board issued a telecommunications special permit and authorized the Village Manager to execute a lease agreement for the Municipal Building.

The Village Engineering Department issued the building permit to AT&T on November 19, 2025. Work on the tower began January 13, 2026.
