Hurricane Preparedness
Tropical cyclones are among nature’s most powerful and destructive phenomena, and it only takes one storm to change our communities. The time to prepare for a hurricane is now. Please help NOAA's National Weather Service (NWS) to spread the word about Hurricane Preparedness; so residents know what actions to take before the hurricane season begins, when a tropical cyclone is approaching, when it is affecting the area, as well as what to do after the storm leaves.
