Narrative: Caller reported that her neighbor left her dog outside at 6:30 a.m. and the dog is sitting in front of the house barking to go in. Patrol responded and reported no dog was outside and no dogs were barking in the area.

Narrative: Ticket agent at the Croton-Harmon Train Station called requesting an ambulance for a male with schizophrenia. Patrol and Croton EMS responded; aided was transported to Phelps Memorial Hospital by Croton EMS.

Narrative: Patrol reported stopping a vehicle for speeding. A 24-year-old resident of Danbury, Connecticut, was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree. The operator was issued three summonses and released on his own recognizance with a return court date of 4/13/2022 at 9 a.m.

Narrative: A 27-year-old resident of Silver Spring, Maryland, turned himself in related to an active Bench Warrant issued by the Village of Croton Court. Subject was arrested, booked/processed, and released on his own recognizance.

Narrative: Civilian reported that she is a victim of a scam in which she purchased $2,000 worth of gift cards and sent them to an unknown person(s). Civilian stated she received an email for a job offer; the email sender represented themself as UNICEF organization to help pay for medical supplies.

Narrative: Caller reported breaking down on the highway and requested police assistance so that he did not get hit. Patrol responded and assisted the caller.

A 26-year-old Peekskill resident was arrested for operating a motor vehicle and having a suspended registration, and released on his own recognizance with a return court date of 4/13/2022 at 9 a.m.
