    2. Resolutions
      1. Consider accepting the membership changes and election results from the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department, and filing for the record the notice of liquor license renewal for Croton Colonial Restaurant Diner, the funding award letter from the Westchester County Youth Bureau and the year-end reports from the advisory boards and committees.
      2. Consider amending the 2025-2026 Master Fee Schedule to establish fees for the rental registry program.
      3. Consider authorizing the Village Manager to execute the Consultant Agreement with Tectonic Engineering for the Half Moon Bay Bridge Reconstruction Project.
      4. Consider scheduling a Public Hearing on the proposed renewal of the Cablevision of Wappingers Falls, Inc. franchise for a period of 10 years for January 21, 2026, at 7 p.m. in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building.
      5. Consider authorizing the Village Treasurer to make an interfund transfer in the amount of $6,000 towards the purchase of a new pump for the Half Moon Bay Sewer Pump Station.

    1. Consider implementing a minimum wage of $16 per hour as of January 1, 2026, for all seasonal part-time employees of the Village

Consider authorizing the Village Manager to execute an intermunicipal agreement with Westchester County for the Brook Street Drainage Improvement Project.Consider authorizing the Village Manager to execute an amendment to the Village Fee Agreement with Regan Development Corp. related to 43-45 Maple Street.
    3. Consider awarding Bid No. 16-2025 for the Van Cortlandt Manor Entrance Project at Historic Hudson Valley to Remus Industries of Ossining, New York. 
    4.  Consider rejecting the bids received for Bid No. 19-2025 for trade labor services.

The Board of Trustees encourages community members to use the normal chain of command to get answers to questions or to resolve concerns. Please consult the Village's contacts directory for information on how to contact members of the Village staff about an issue.
 
Members of the community are provided two opportunities for public comment at regular board meetings: one on agenda items and one on non-agenda items. A member of the public may speak for up to 5 minutes during either or both opportunities.
 
Public comments will also be accepted for the regular meeting in writing via our online submission form, by email to [email protected] or by hand to the Village Manager’s Office. All written comments, except for comments regarding personnel matters, shall be added to the official record of the board meeting if received by noon on December 17, 2025. Written comments received after the deadline will be held until the next regular board meeting.
