  1. Consider a request from the Village Manager to enter into executive session to discuss matters of personnel involving specific individuals.

Consider scheduling a Public Hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 13 of 2025 to amend Chapter 186, Rental Housing, of the Village Code to create a rental registry for landlords for October 8, 2025, at 7 p.m. in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building.
      2. Consider scheduling a Public Hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 15 of 2025 to amend Chapter 50, Residency Requirements, of the Village Code to reflect state law for October 8, 2025, at 7 p.m. in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building.
      3. Consider authorizing the Village Treasurer to make an additional year-end budget transfer in the 2024-2025 General Fund budget.
      4. Consider authorizing the Village Treasurer to make an interfund transfer in the amount of $89,491.29 related to various capital projects.
      5. Consider authorizing the Village Treasurer to waive interest and penalties that have accrued on the 2025-2026 Village tax bill for 8 Newton Court.

  10. Proposed Resolutions
    1. Consider acknowledging receipt of Local Law Introductory No. 14 of 2025 to amend Chapter 230, Zoning, of the Village Code to allow for alternate members on the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals, declaring the Village Board as Lead Agency under SEQRA, issuing the Environmental Assessment Form (EAF) and Coastal Assessment Form (CAF) in connection with the Draft Law; and referring the Draft Law, the EAF, and the CAF to the Village Planning Board, Waterfront Advisory Committee and Zoning Board of Appeals. 
    2. Consider awarding Bid No. 12-2025 for the Dobbs Park Playground and Basketball Improvements to Peter J. Landi Inc., of Hawthorne, New York, in the amount of $345,093.40. 
    3. Consider awarding Bid No. 14-2025 for the Dobbs Park Baseball Infield Renovation to Greenway Property Services Inc., of Stamford, Connecticut, in the amount of $58,000.
    4. Consider authorizing the Village Manager to execute a lease agreement with Mapleby LLC for the informational kiosk at the Croton Commons Shopping Center for the period beginning September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2030.

The Board of Trustees encourages community members to use the normal chain of command to get answers to questions or to resolve concerns. Please consult the Village's contacts directory for information on how to contact members of the Village staff about an issue.
 
Members of the community are provided two opportunities for public comment at regular board meetings: one on agenda items and one on non-agenda items. A member of the public may speak for up to 5 minutes during either or both opportunities.
 
Public comments will also be accepted for the regular meeting in writing via our online submission form, by email to [email protected] or by hand to the Village Manager’s Office. All written comments, except for comments regarding personnel matters, shall be added to the official record of the board meeting if received by noon on September 24, 2025. Written comments received after the deadline will be held until the next regular board meeting.
