Local Law Introductory No. 14 of 2025 has been drafted to amend Chapter 230, Zoning, of the Village Code to allow for alternate members on the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals.
A public hearing on this local law has been scheduled for December 17, 2025, at 7 PM in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building.
