1380 Albany Post Road Multi-Family Development
On September 14th, 2021, the Village received a zoning petition from Zarin and Steinmetz Law Firm representing the Matra Group, LLC, owners, for a mixed-use occupancy building located at 1380 Albany Post Road in the North Gateway District. During the course of the review process, the owners of the property changed the proposed development from a mixed-use occupancy building to a multifamily building. On August 15, 2022, the Village Board issued a special permit for a 29-unit multifamily building.
On June 10, 2025, Zarin and Steinmetz, on behalf of the Matra Group, LLC, submitted a renewal application for the special permit, which was slated to expire on August 15, 2025.
