Narrative: Patrol responded to an area on Ridge Rd for a report of a suspicious incident where a party exited a house on Ridge Rd with tools in their hands, got into a vehicle and drove down the dead end of Elmore Ave and possibly put construction debris in a resident's garbage cans. Caller saw the vehicle pull over and open the trunk. They did not see exactly what the party did but believe they are driving around using other people's trash cans. Patrol checked the garbage cans and it appeared to be household garbage not construction debris. The area was checked with negative results.

They indicated that some unknown person(s) attempted to change the Apple ID. There was no report completed at this time.

When the resident asked how much was owed the alleged employee would not say. The phone number on the caller ID was a 914-271-#### which was called and a resident answered the phone. There has been no financial loss to the resident and no report filed.
