Call Type: Motor Vehicle Accident
Narrative: Officers responded to a single-vehicle motor vehicle accident. The operator was not injured and declined medical treatment. The vehicle was removed from the scene and a report was completed.

Call Type: Suspicious Incident
Narrative: Police investigated a report of suspicious activity. Officers determined there was no criminal activity and the incident was documented.

Call Type: Disabled Vehicle
Narrative: Officers responded to a bear sighting in the area of Warren Road and Route 9 North. Patrol was advised of the bear, which was soon reported back into the woods.

Narrative: 60 Control dispatched EMS on a report of a snake bite.  Patrol was dispatched and reported a language barrier.  Patrol was able to ascertain a garden snake was slithering towards the back door of the apartment, a father removed the snake but stated he, his child and dog were not bitten.

Narrative: A wallet was turned into Police Headquarters. The property was secured and later returned to its owner.

Narrative: Police assisted a motorist whose vehicle became disabled on Route 9 South. A towing service responded and removed the vehicle from the roadway.

Narrative: Officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident with property damage in the commuter parking lot. No injuries were reported and a report was completed.

Narrative: Police responded to a report of a deceased dog in the roadway. The animal was removed from the area and the owner was notified.

Narrative: Police responded to a report of a two-vehicle property damage accident. The involved parties elected to handle the matter privately and no injuries were reported.

Narrative: Police received a report of youths allegedly throwing rocks toward a construction site. Officers responded, but the individuals had left the area prior to arrival.

Narrative: Police responded to a report of a persistent beeping noise. Officers located a discarded smoke alarm in a wooded area and removed it.

Narrative: Officers investigated a reported hit-and-run accident involving a parked vehicle. Information was collected and a report was completed.

Call Type: Road Closure
Narrative: A tree fell across Route 129, near the Croton Dam area, resulting in a temporary road closure. The New York State Department of Transportation responded and the roadway reopened after removing the obstruction.

Narrative: Police responded to a report of a suspicious individual near the waterfront. Officers determined the individual was lawfully present and no police action was required.
