Narrative: Officers located and safely reunited two children who had become separated from their parents during Summerfest.

Call Type: Parking Complaint  
Narrative: Police continued follow-up regarding an ongoing parking complaint involving a trailer. Enforcement action had previously been taken and the matter remained under review.

Narrative: Police received a follow-up complaint regarding a trailer parked on roadway. Officers documented the complaint and continued monitoring the location.

Call Type: Noise Complaint  
Narrative: Residents reported numerous noise complaints regarding loud bass music originating from across the Hudson River or from Rockland County. Croton PD contacted the New York Park Police and the Rockland County Sheriff's Office to make them aware. Those agencies dispatched patrols to canvas the parks by Rt. 9W and the Hudson River. Officers located the individuals and issued multiple summonses.

Narrative: Officers issued a summons for having an unleashed dog in violation of Village ordinances.

Narrative: A firearm located by a resident was turned over to police. The firearm was secured and processed in accordance with department procedures.

Narrative: Police, NYSDOT and utility crews responded to a tree that fell onto utility wires. Traffic control measures were established until the scene was made safe.

Narrative: Officers assisted a motorist who had accidentally locked the keys inside their vehicle. Entry was gained without incident.

Narrative: Police responded to complaints regarding parking violations. The matter was addressed and all violating vehicles were moved.

Narrative: Police and fire personnel responded to a reported fire alarm. Upon investigation, it was determined there was no emergency condition.
