Date/Time: June 14, 2026 – 1:46 PM

Nature/Location: Vehicle Lockout – South Riverside Avenue

Police responded to a vehicle lockout and assisted the motorist. Entry to the vehicle was gained without incident.


Date/Time: June 14, 2026 – 5:00 PM

Nature/Location: Erratic Driver – Route 9 South

Police received a report of an erratic driver traveling on Route 9 South. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the vehicle.


Date/Time: June 15, 2026 – 11:11 AM

Nature/Location: Hazardous Condition – Route 9 North

Police responded to a report of a hazardous condition on Route 9 North. Officers secured the area while the condition was addressed.

Nature/Location: Neighbor Dispute – Grand Street

Police responded to a report of a dispute between neighbors. Officers spoke with the involved parties and the incident was resolved without further police action.

A resident reported lost property. The information was documented and a report was completed.

Nature/Location: Civil Dispute – South Riverside Avenue

Police responded to assist with a civil dispute. Officers spoke with the involved parties and no further police action was required.

Nature/Location: Motor Vehicle Accident – Route 9 South

Officers responded to a property damage motor vehicle accident. No injuries were reported and a report was completed.

Nature/Location: Fraud Investigation – Old Post Road South

Police received a report of fraudulent activity. A report was completed and the incident remains under investigation.

Nature/Location: Village Ordinance Violation – King Street

Police responded to a complaint regarding a Village ordinance violation of soliciting. Officers investigated the complaint and issued a summons.

Nature/Location: Motor Vehicle Accident – Route 9 North

Police responded to a motor vehicle accident involving injuries. Emergency personnel assisted those involved and officers completed a report.

Nature/Location: Animal Complaint – Elliott Way

Police responded to a report of an injured bird near the shoreline. The caller was provided with information for a licensed wildlife rehabilitator.

Nature/Location: Hazardous Condition – Route 129

Police responded to a report of a tree blocking one lane of traffic near the Croton Dam. Officers checked the roadway but were unable to locate the reported obstruction.

Nature/Location: Larceny Investigation – Police Headquarters

A resident reported unauthorized use of a credit card. Officers documented the incident, and the report was completed for investigative and financial purposes.

Nature/Location: Suspicious Incident – Croton Point Avenue

Police responded to a report of a suspicious individual outside a commercial building. Officers determined the individual was waiting for transportation and advised him to wait at a nearby bus stop.

Nature/Location: Erratic Driver – Route 9 North

Police received a report of a tractor-trailer traveling erratically on Route 9 North. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the vehicle.

Nature/Location: Dispute – Elliott Way

Police responded to a report involving several juveniles at Senasqua Park. Officers located the individuals, notified their parents, and the incident was resolved without further police action.


Date/Time: June 20, 2026 – 12:25 AM

Nature/Location: Suspicious Incident – Farrington Road

Police responded to a report of a male yelling for help in the area. Officers canvassed the neighborhood but were unable to locate anyone in need of assistance.

Nature/Location: Parking Complaint – Maple Street

Police responded to a complaint regarding a vehicle blocking another parked vehicle. Officers located the owner and the vehicle was moved.
