Location: Route 9
Call Type: Pursuit
Narrative: Ossining Police reported being in pursuit of a vehicle heading northbound into Croton-on-Hudson. Patrol observed pursuit and followed State Police and Ossining PD to Peekskill. Vehicle drove southbound in the northbound lane. Multiple agencies lost sight of the vehicle and broke off the pursuit. Vehicle was last observed heading northbound on Albany Post Road. CPD units returned to the Village.

Call Type: Village Ordinance
Narrative: Caller reported someone was pushing snow in front of her driveway after she had shoveled it. Patrol was dispatched and observed a video of the incident. Patrol concluded that no crime was committed nor village ordinance violated.

Call Type: Hazardous Condition
Narrative: Caller stated the snow has not been cleaned from the sidewalk and kids are walking in the road. Patrol was dispatched and reported the sidewalk appears to be clean.

Location: Franklin Avenue
Call Type: Dog Complaint
Narrative: Caller stated her dog was attacked by two dogs while she was walking them. She believed the dogs are from Franklin Avenue. Patrol was dispatched and spoke with the caller who was taking her dog to the vet. Patrol followed up at the residence and could hear the dogs barking but no one came to the door. Dog license list was checked with no licenses found and Patrol followed up with a Village Ordinance violation issued.

Call Type: VTL Arrest
Narrative: Patrol reported stopping a vehicle for VTL violations. Further investigation concluded that the operator, a 22-year-old Cortlandt resident, held a suspended NYS driver’s license. He was processed roadside and released on his own recognizance.

Location: Maple Street
Call Type: Larceny
Narrative: A CVS employee reported a possible larceny. Caller stated two parties left the store and got into a vehicle. Caller could not provide a description of the parties that left the store nor if they actually stole anything. Caller stated the car was a grey or black Ford. Patrol responded to CVS and collected information for a report. Investigation is ongoing.

Location: South Riverside Avenue
Call Type: Fraudulent Activity
Narrative: The manager of the Verizon store called to report possible fraudulent activity in the past. Patrol was dispatched. Fraud may be related to another agency's investigation. Detectives were notified and report to be filed. Follow up was needed to obtain video footage when security can access cameras. Investigation is pending.

Narrative: Patrol reported stopping a vehicle for VTL violations. Further investigation concluded that the operator, a 44-year-old Croton resident, held a suspended NYS Driver’s License. He was processed roadside and released on his own recognizance.

Narrative: Patrol reported stopping a vehicle for VTL violations. Further investigation concluded that the operator, a 72-year-old Croton resident, held a suspended NYS driver’s license. He was processed roadside and released on his own recognizance.

Narrative: Patrol reported stopping a vehicle for VTL violations. Further investigation concluded that the operator, a 28-year-old Croton resident, held a suspended NYS driver’s license. He was processed roadside and released on his own recognizance.
