How do I add or update car information to my parking permit?
  • Click on My Permits
  • Click on View
  • Then click on Change/Edit Permit Data
  • Update the information and then submit changes
 
How many cars can I have on my permit?
Four cars can be listed on your permit, but only one car can be parked in the permit area at a time. Resident Permit Holders, please email the parking department a copy of the car registration for the vehicle you add to your permit.
 
Is overnight parking allowed?
Yes, overnight parking is allowed with an active quarterly parking permit for the vehicle you will be parking at the lot.
 
Is there an autopay feature to pay for the quarterly permit?
Yes.  You can enroll in autopay using a credit card.  Add the credit card to your account and then click on enroll in autopay.   There is also automatic debit from your bank account.  If you are interested in this payment method, please email the parking department – [email protected] for more information. 
 
When can I renew the quarterly parking permit?
Starting the 20th of the month prior to the end of the quarter, you can pay for the next permit. If paying by credit card, click on renew permit and follow the prompts.  There is no need to
re-apply for the permit.
 
 
Can I pay for the permit by check?
Yes. The cost by check does not include the convenience fee. The check is payable to the Village of Croton-on-Hudson and can be mailed to the Village Office, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton on Hudson, NY 10520, or you can drop it off in person or use the drop box outside the Municipal Building. Please allow three business days to process your check.   
 
How can I cancel a permit and request a refund?
To cancel your permit, please email the parking department – [email protected]. Refunds for one or two months within a quarter can be issued if the parking permit is cancelled prior to the beginning of a month. The permit cancellation fees are as follows: Resident $10.00, Non-Resident $20.00, Preferred $30.00. Credit card service fees are non-refundable.  All refunds are issued by check.
 
Can I purchase a permit mid-quarter?
Yes, please apply for the full quarter and then email the parking department – [email protected] to let us know which month you would like to start. We can pro-rate the cost for one or two full months. We cannot pro-rate by day. The quarters are as follows: June-July-August, September-October-November, December-January-February and March-April-May.
 
How do I change my email address or password?
  • Click on the icon near your name on the top right corner of the screen
  • Click on Profile / Change Password
  • Make the changes and click on update
How do I view / print an invoice?
