NYStretch Energy Code
The NYStretch Energy Code–2020 (NYStretch) is a voluntary stretch energy code that has been developed by NYSERDA as a statewide model code for New York jurisdictions to use to meet their energy and climate goals by accelerating the savings obtained through their local building energy codes.
In 2022, the Village Board began the process of adopting the NYStretch Energy Code. Please contact the Engineering Department at 914-271-4783 with any questions regarding the NYStretch Code and any impacts on future construction.
