Update on Albany Post Road/Riverside Avenue Road Work

The New York State Dept. of Transportation will continue working along Albany Post Road and Riverside Avenue this week. It is anticipated that crews will complete the permanent line striping in our area.

 

Work will occur during the overnight hours (8 p.m. to 6 a.m.) Sunday-Thursday, weather-permitting. During the hours of work, portions of North Riverside Avenue and Albany Post Road will be closed to traffic. Detour signs have been posted to assist motorists. Additionally, no parking will be permitted where crews are conducting line striping operations. Signs will be posted in advance when no parking is permitted.

 

Please be advised that milling and paving operations along Albany Post Road between Wolf Road and Arrowcrest Drive are scheduled to begin on Sunday, August 24. The detour route will be activated during times of milling and paving.
