PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that resolutions have been adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a meeting on December 2, 2024, to open a PUBLIC HEARING on the following:
Local Law Introductory No. 12 of 2024 to amend Chapter 230 of the Village Code, Zoning, to clean up various provisions of the law.
THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the above on January 22, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard. The meeting will also be broadcast live on www.crotononhudson-ny.gov.
