- Consider adoption of the 2026-2027 Bond Resolutions for the purpose of funding the capital budget.
- Consider the adoption of a Negative Declaration for SEQRA purposes and a finding of consistency with the Village LWRP regarding Local Law Introductory No. 5 of 2026 to amend Chapter 230, Zoning, of the Village Code to add certain occupational preferences for affordable housing units, and the adoption of Local Law Introductory No. 5 of 2026.
- Consider authorizing the Village Manager to award RFP No. 2 of 2026 for towing services to Luposello Auto Body of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, for the period of June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027.

The Board of Trustees encourages community members to use the normal chain of command to get answers to questions or to resolve concerns. Please consult the Village's contacts directory for information on how to contact members of the Village staff about an issue.
Members of the community are provided two opportunities for public comment at regular board meetings: one on agenda items and one on non-agenda items. A member of the public may speak for up to 5 minutes during either or both opportunities.
Public comments will also be accepted for the regular meeting in writing via our online submission form, by email to [email protected] or by hand to the Village Manager’s Office. All written comments, except for comments regarding personnel matters, shall be added to the official record of the board meeting if received by noon on June 17, 2026. Written comments received after the deadline will be held until the next regular board meeting.
