      1. Consider accepting the resignation of Eva Thaddeus from the Planning Board effective May 13, 2026, and filing the following correspondence for the record: letters from the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation, announcement from the New York Power Authority and Canal Corporation on the 2026 Supplier Diversity Expo, announcement from Senator Kirsten Gillibrand on the 2026 Service Academy Information Night and notice from the Westchester Rent Guidelines Board.
      2. Consider authorizing the Village Manager to execute an Inter-Municipal Agreement with Westchester County to reimburse $5,000 in youth summer employment costs.
      3. Consider authorizing the Village Treasurer to make an interfund transfer in the amount of $22,419 for remediation costs at the Washington Engine Firehouse.
      4. Consider declaring May 10 through May 16 to be National Police Week in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson.
      5.  Consider declaring May 17 through May 23 to be National Public Works Week in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson.

    1.  Consider authorizing the Village Manager to award Bid No. 1-2026 for paving of Cleveland Drive and other select streets to ELQ Industries of New Rochelle, New York, in the amount of $702,461.48.

The Board of Trustees encourages community members to use the normal chain of command to get answers to questions or to resolve concerns. Please consult the Village's contacts directory for information on how to contact members of the Village staff about an issue.
 
Members of the community are provided two opportunities for public comment at regular board meetings: one on agenda items and one on non-agenda items. A member of the public may speak for up to 5 minutes during either or both opportunities.
 
Public comments will also be accepted for the regular meeting in writing via our online submission form, by email to [email protected] or by hand to the Village Manager’s Office. All written comments, except for comments regarding personnel matters, shall be added to the official record of the board meeting if received by noon on May 6, 2026. Written comments received after the deadline will be held until the next regular board meeting.
