    1. Correspondence to the Board
      1. Memo from the Village Manager regarding the acceptance of an art installation known as the Harmonic Landing from Bruce Odland for Croton Landing Park.

      1. Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute the Sponsor Authorization Form for the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department Length of Service Award Program for 2025.
      2. Consider authorizing the Village Treasurer to amend the 2025-2026 General Fund Budget in the amount of $7,000 for installation of equipment at the EMS Annex.
      3. Consider authorizing the Village Treasurer to make an interfund transfer in the amount of $1,100 to cover the full cost of senior trips in the Recreation Department.
      4. Consider authorizing the Village Treasurer to amend the 2025-2026 Water Fund Budget in the amount of $28,000 to purchase additional water meters to replace non-working meters.

  8. Proposed Resolutions
    1. Consider adoption of the 2026-2027 Village Budget for the fiscal year commencing June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027.
    2. Consider the addition of past due receivables to the tax bills for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
    3. Consider adoption of the Master Fee Schedule for 2026-2027. 
    4. Consider authorizing the Mayor to sign the Tax Warrant for the collection of taxes for the period commencing June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027.
    5. Consider authorizing the Village Manager to accept the proposal from WSP Inc. for water monitoring at Hudson National Golf Club in the amount of $5,500.
    6. Consider authorizing the Village Treasurer to write off unpaid taxes in the amount of $20,590.27 for demapped underwater lands.
    7. Consider adopting the Board and Committee Guidelines as presented.

The Board of Trustees encourages community members to use the normal chain of command to get answers to questions or to resolve concerns. Please consult the Village's contacts directory for information on how to contact members of the Village staff about an issue.
 
Members of the community are provided two opportunities for public comment at regular board meetings: one on agenda items and one on non-agenda items. A member of the public may speak for up to 5 minutes during either or both opportunities.
 
Public comments will also be accepted for the regular meeting in writing via our online submission form, by email to [email protected] or by hand to the Village Manager’s Office. All written comments, except for comments regarding personnel matters, shall be added to the official record of the board meeting if received by noon on April 8, 2026. Written comments received after the deadline will be held until the next regular board meeting.
