      2. Memo from Village Manager Bryan Healy requesting approval to accept two donations in the total amount of $2,185.71 from Kathleen Casey and Kathy Geradi for the placement of benches at Dobbs Park and Duck Pond Park.
      3. Email from Toni Senecal of the Croton Business Council requesting approval to hold the annual Oktoberfest festival on September 26, 2026, in the Upper Village.
      4. Email from Marie Roche of Teatown Lake Reservation requesting to use Silver Lake Park on April 27, 2026, and May 20, 2026, for trout release programs for school-aged children. 
    2. Resolutions
      1. Consider accepting the membership changes from the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department, the donations totaling $2,185.71 for park benches, the date for the annual Oktoberfest festival and the request to use Silver Lake Park for school-aged programming.
      2. Consider proclaiming April 24, 2026, as Arbor Day in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson. 
      3. Consider authorizing the Village Manager to execute the agreement with Camp Nabby to authorize the use of the parking spaces along South Riverside Avenue reserved for Croton-Harmon Train Station parking in the amount of $1,216 for the period beginning June 29, 2026, through August 20, 2026.
      4. Consider authorizing the Village Treasurer to amend the 2025-2026 General Fund Budget in the amount of $207,381.54 to reflect payments received for police services.

  10. Approved Resolutions 
    1. Resolution 67-2026: Consider authorizing the Village Manager to accept the proposal from Axon Enterprise for a police department body-warn camera (BWC) program in the total amount of $414,301.36.
  11. Proposed Resolutions
    1. Consider adopting a statement of consistency with the Village's Local Waterfront Revitalization Program for curve warning signage along Route 9, North Riverside Avenue, Croton Point Avenue and Albany Post Road. 
    2. Consider the adoption of a Negative Declaration for SEQRA purposes and a finding of consistency with the Village LWRP regarding Local Law Introductory No. 3 of 2026 to amend Chapter 230, Zoning, of the Village Code to address various inconsistencies and update definitions, and the adoption of Local Law Introductory No. 3 of 2026.
    3. Consider authorizing the Village Manager to execute an agreement with Fundamental Business Service Inc. to institute a partial amnesty program for unpaid traffic tickets for the period beginning June 1, 2026, through August 31, 2026.
    4. Consider authorizing the Village Manager to execute Change Order 1 related to the Dobbs Park Playground & Basketball Court Renovation Project.
    5. Consider authorizing the Village Manager to execute Change Order 4 related to the Van Cortlandt Manor Entrance Project at Historic Hudson Valley.
    6. Consider authorizing the Village Manager to award RFP #1-2026 for screened sportswear to Empire Printing, LLC, of Springfield, Missouri, for the period beginning April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2028.

The Board of Trustees encourages community members to use the normal chain of command to get answers to questions or to resolve concerns. Please consult the Village's contacts directory for information on how to contact members of the Village staff about an issue.
 
Members of the community are provided two opportunities for public comment at regular board meetings: one on agenda items and one on non-agenda items. A member of the public may speak for up to 5 minutes during either or both opportunities.
 
Public comments will also be accepted for the regular meeting in writing via our online submission form, by email to [email protected] or by hand to the Village Manager’s Office. All written comments, except for comments regarding personnel matters, shall be added to the official record of the board meeting if received by noon on April 8, 2026. Written comments received after the deadline will be held until the next regular board meeting.
