      3. Email from Dennis Kooney of the Croton Yacht Club regarding its annual lease reporting documentation.

      1. Consider accepting the donation of a painting for the Municipal Building, approving the request from the Croton-Harmon UFSD to hang banners at Firefighters Field, referring the consistency review from the NYS Dept. of State to the Waterfront Advisory Committee and filing for the record the meeting notice from the Westchester County Rent Guidelines Board, annual lease documentation from the Croton Yacht Club, letter from the Arbor Day Foundation and invitation to the Cortlandt National Vietnam Veterans Day ceremony.
      2. Consider scheduling a Public Hearing on the proposed grant of a cable franchise to Verizon New York for a period of five years for April 22, 2026, at 7 p.m. in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building.
      3. Consider acknowledging receipt of Local Law Introductory No. 7 of 2026 to amend Chapter 179, Property Maintenance, and Chapter 230, Zoning, of the Village Code to update provisions related to signage, declaring the Village Board as Lead Agency under SEQRA, issuing the Environmental Assessment Form (EAF) and Coastal Assessment Form (CAF) in connection with the Draft Law; and referring the Draft Law, the EAF, and the CAF to the County Planning Board, Village Planning Board, Advisory Board for the Visual Environment and Waterfront Advisory Committee.
      4. Consider authorizing the Village Manager to execute the 2026 Mount Airy/Quaker Bridge Ambulance contract for the period beginning January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026.
      5. Consider authorizing the Village Treasurer to make interfund transfers in the amount of $29,536 for various accounts.

The Board of Trustees encourages community members to use the normal chain of command to get answers to questions or to resolve concerns. Please consult the Village's contacts directory for information on how to contact members of the Village staff about an issue.
 
Members of the community are provided two opportunities for public comment at regular board meetings: one on agenda items and one on non-agenda items. A member of the public may speak for up to 5 minutes during either or both opportunities.
 
Public comments will also be accepted for the regular meeting in writing via our online submission form, by email to [email protected] or by hand to the Village Manager’s Office. All written comments, except for comments regarding personnel matters, shall be added to the official record of the board meeting if received by noon on March 25, 2026. Written comments received after the deadline will be held until the next regular board meeting.
