      1.  Emails from the Recreation Advisory Committee and Village Historian Marc Cheshire regarding the proposed monument for Revolutionary War veteran John "Rifle Jack" Peterson.

      1. Consider scheduling a Public Hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 1 of 2026 to authorize an override of the "property tax cap" enacted by the State Legislature if necessary for February 4, 2026, at 7 p.m. in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building.
      2. Consider scheduling a Public Hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 2 of 2026 to add Chapter 9, Auditor, Village, to the Village Code for February 4, 2026, at 7 p.m. in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building.
      3. Consider authorizing the Village Treasurer to make an interfund transfer in the amount of $6,600 for the police department uniform allowance.
      4. Consider authorizing the Village Treasurer to make an interfund transfer in the amount of $4,410 for the purchase and installation of an automatic external defibrillator (AED) at Black Rock Park.
      5. Consider authorizing the Deputy Mayor to sign the letter from the New York Conference of Mayors regarding AIM Funding in the State Budget and filing for the record the recommendations from the Recreation Advisory Committee and the Village Historian regarding the John “Rifle Jack” Peterson memorial.

The Board of Trustees encourages community members to use the normal chain of command to get answers to questions or to resolve concerns. Please consult the Village's contacts directory for information on how to contact members of the Village staff about an issue.
 
Members of the community are provided two opportunities for public comment at regular board meetings: one on agenda items and one on non-agenda items. A member of the public may speak for up to 5 minutes during either or both opportunities.
 
Public comments will also be accepted for the regular meeting in writing via our online submission form, by email to [email protected] or by hand to the Village Manager’s Office. All written comments, except for comments regarding personnel matters, shall be added to the official record of the board meeting if received by noon on January 21, 2026. Written comments received after the deadline will be held until the next regular board meeting.
