    1. Public Hearing on a proposed change to the official map of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson to reflect the proper length of Jasper Road. 
    2. Public Hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 7 of 2025 to create Chapter 80, Bicycles & Scooters, and amend Chapter 219, Unlicensed Motor-Driven Vehicles, of the Village Code, to allow for the operation of bicycles with electric assist and electric scooters.
    3. Public Hearing on the special permit renewal application from Verizon Wireless for the colocation of a wireless antenna at 26 Veterans Plaza in the Croton-Harmon Train Station parking lot.

    1. Correspondence to the Board
      1.  Memo from Village Manager Bryan Healy requesting the Village Board refer the matter of electric bikes and scooters operating on the RiverWalk to the Bicycle Pedestrian Committee for review and comment.
      2.  Membership changes from the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department.
    2. Resolutions
      1. Consider scheduling a Public Hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 5 of 2025 to update Chapter 227, Wetlands, and Chapter 230, Zoning, of the Village Code to amend provisions related to trees, for June 25, 2025, at 7 p.m. in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building.
      2. Consider scheduling a Public Hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 8 of 2025 to update Chapter 204, Taxation, to reflect the Village no longer serving as an assessing unit for July 9, 2025, at 7 p.m. in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building.
      3. Consider adopting the Investment Policy Statement as presented by RBC Wealth Management for the Fire Department Length of Service Award Program (LOSAP).
      4. Consider authorizing the Village Manager to execute an agreement with the Mid-Hudson Ambulance District for EMT services for the period beginning June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2026.
      5. Consider authorizing the Village Manager to execute an agreement with A1 Computer Services to provide the Police Department with managed services for the period beginning June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2026.
      6. Consider authorizing the Village Manager to execute an agreement with Bridget Abatecola to provide stenographic services in the Justice Court for the period beginning June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2026.
      7. Consider authorizing the Village Manager to execute an agreement with Marshall & Sterling Employee Benefits to undertake necessary services for the Affordable Care Act.

  9. Proposed Resolutions
    1.  Consider adoption of the 2025-2026 Bond Resolutions for the purpose of funding the capital budget.
    2.  Consider accepting the conveyance of a privately owned portion of Jasper Road.
    3.  Consider declaring the month of June 2025 as LGBTQ+ Pride Month in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson.
    4.  Consider authorizing the Village Manager to accept the proposal from Lexipol LLC to assist the Police Department with a comprehensive review of policies and procedures in the amount of $34,310. 
    5. Consider authorizing the Village Manager to award Bid No. 7-2025 for the Harmon Firehouse Garage Doors to Tierney & Courtney Overhead Doors of Maspeth, New York, in the amount of $55,500.
    6. Consider authorizing the Village Manager to execute the purchase and sale agreement with WBP Development LLC for the sale of the Village-owned property at 1 Croton Point Avenue.

The Board of Trustees encourages community members to use the normal chain of command to get answers to questions or to resolve concerns. Please consult the Village's contacts directory for information on how to contact members of the Village staff about an issue.
 
Members of the community are provided two opportunities for public comment at regular board meetings: one on agenda items and one on non-agenda items. A member of the public may speak for up to 5 minutes during either or both opportunities.
 
Public comments will also be accepted for the regular meeting in writing via our online submission form, by email to [email protected] or by hand to the Village Manager’s Office. All written comments, except for comments regarding personnel matters, shall be added to the official record of the board meeting if received by noon on June 11, 2025. Written comments received after the deadline will be held until the next regular board meeting.
