Village Court

The Village Justice is Sam R. Watkins, Jr., and the Associate Village Justice is Joseph H. Green.

Court is in session every Wednesday morning beginning at 9:00 a.m. with criminal matters handled first, followed by vehicle traffic, parking and village code violations at 10:30 a.m., and civil, landlord and tenant, and small claim matters at 11:00 a.m.

Jury Trials are held on an as-needed basis on Monday and Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m.

The Justice Court is enrolled with the Department of Motor Vehicles under the Parking and License Scofflaw Program.
