Snow Event - March 2nd

The Village experienced a snow and ice event last night into this morning. The official storm end time was 10 AM on Saturday, March 2.
As per Village Code §197-15, Snow and ice on sidewalks, residents have 18 hours to clear sidewalks adjoining their property after the end of a storm. Additionally, business owners are reminded that sidewalks adjoining commercial properties and commercial parking lots are to remain clear of snow between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Furthermore, the Village is currently under a Winter Storm Watch for Sunday night into Monday. An additional 5 to 8 inches of snowfall is expected. A new snow alert will be sent Monday should the Village receive the snowfall as expected.
