Filing a Grievance
If you feel that your assessment is too high, you can file a grievance with the Board of Assessment Review. Grievance Day for the tentative assessment roll will be held on Tuesday, February 20th, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If your property is found to be incorrectly assessed, an adjustment will be made.
To view the assessment of other homes in your neighborhood, review the Tentative Assessment Roll. The records are open to the public.
Grievance Deadline
Last day to file a grievance is Tuesday, February 20th, 2024. The grievance may be filed any time prior to that date.
