Senior (62+) Recreation Photo ID Application Form

The Croton-on-Hudson Recreation Department is pleased to offer village senior residents (age 62+) the ability to apply for and renew park passes online. There is no fee for Village residents age 62+.

Croton Recreation Photo ID Cards / Park Passes are required for entrance into certain Village Parks and facilities. ID cards are valid for 3 years.

If you have never applied for a Park Pass before, you will be required to submit two proofs of residency and a photo for your ID.
