Planning Board
Responsibilities
The Planning Board's responsibility is to review proposals affecting land use in the Village. The Board processes all applications for subdivisions, site plans, minor site plans and change of use. The Planning Board also advises the Village Board and makes recommendations to them on the granting of special permits, zoning changes, and improvements or new construction of Village-owned projects. The Board has five members with 5-year staggered terms.
The Planning Board typically meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month. Applicants may contact the Planning Board Secretary in the Village Engineer's office to have their applications placed on the Planning Board agenda.
