Narrative: 60 Control dispatched Croton EMS to a residence on Hastings Avenue for a party suffering injuries from a fall. Patrol dispatched; aided refused medical attention.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of Maple Street for a two-car accident. No injuries reported.

Narrative: 60 Control dispatched EMS to a residence on Hastings Avenue for a party with a low oxygen level. Ossining VAC responded; aided refused medical attention.

Narrative: Caller reported an odor of gas or sewage inside her home on Ackerman Court. Patrol and Croton Fire Department responded. Patrol reported odor came from a skunk that had sprayed outside the home.

Narrative: Patrol responded to Route 9 South for a report of a two-car accident. Injured party was transported to the hospital. Patrol to file a report.

Narrative: Caller reported there was a party at above location; unknown person(s) consumed alcohol and tipped over porta-potty. Patrols unable to respond due to prior call; caller was advised patrol will follow up in the morning.

Narrative: Caller reported a large pile of dirt blocking the roadway. Patrol responded and pile of dirt was moved.

Narrative: Caller reported that her ex-husband threatened violence against her current boyfriend. She stated that her ex-husband showed a gun to her son and said “I’ll shoot your mom’s boyfriend if he acts up again.” Case turned over to detectives for further investigation.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of Arrowcrest Drive for an alarm activation. Homeowner on scene reported it may have been set off by the wind.

Narrative: Caller reported three people taking pictures of houses on their street. Patrol dispatched and reported the individuals were gone on arrival.

Narrative: Caller reported that her adult daughter, who suffers from mental illness, is missing. She was last seen in Brooklyn. Days later, she was found by her boyfriend in Brooklyn.

Call Type: Fraudulent Activities
Narrative: Caller reported someone made a fraudulent email address similar to her husband's and has been emailing their customers asking for money. She reported one customer in Chappaqua sent $2,000 via Zelle to this unknown individual and subsequently filed a report with Chappaqua PD. Caller indicated that she alerted her customers of the fraudulent emails.

Narrative: Alarm company reports an alarm activation at a residence on Lounsbury Road. Patrol reported the alarm was set off by a family member.

Narrative: Caller reported an activation of a residential burglary alarm at a residence on Newton Court. Patrol dispatched and reported the alarm was set off in error by the owner.

Narrative: Chief received a report of a sticker for “Patriot Front” affixed to the back of a street sign on North Riverside Avenue near Bank Street. Patrol dispatched and confirmed small sticker on back of sign. DPW notified to remove unauthorized sticker.

Narrative: Alarm company reported commercial burglary alarm at a business on Senasqua Road. Patrols dispatched to location. Patrol reported business appears to be closed and doors are secure.

Narrative: Multiple callers reported a black male, wearing a black hoodie and brown pants, was walking into traffic along Croton Point Avenue. Patrol dispatched and reported locating the individual. Patrol requested EMS for the male, who has an altered mental status. Aided refused medical attention and was provided a courtesy transport to the train station.

Narrative: School employee reported evidence of a party overnight at Spencer Field. Patrols to canvas area frequently overnight.

Narrative: Caller reported an erratic vehicle along Route 129 near Jacoby Street. Patrol dispatched and vehicle was gone on arrival.

Narrative: Caller stated a black male and a white female were out in the street having an argument across from her residence.  Caller further stated the male appeared to light a shirt on fire and left it in the street. Caller further stated the male left the scene in a vehicle and the female left on foot. Patrols dispatched.  Patrol reported using a fire extinguisher to put out a small fire in the street. Patrol located female on foot on Old Post Road North. Patrol reported the female was uncooperative as they attempted to ascertain information as to what happened. Female only stated that she had an argument with her friend and he set the shirt on fire because it had dog feces on it. Female stated her friend is not returning to pick her up. Patrols gave female a courtesy transport to the train station.  Patrols interviewed witnesses on scene who did not recognize male. Patrols canvassed area for the male’s vehicle with negative results. Blotter only at this time.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of South Riverside Avenue for a report of a man asleep on a bench. Patrol made contact with party who stated that he was homeless and wanted to be transported to the hospital. Croton EMS dispatched and transported male to the hospital.

Narrative: Caller reported loud music coming from an establishment on Grand Street. Patrol dispatched and reported advising bar to lower the music.

Narrative: Caller reported loud noise coming from a residence in the area. Patrol responded and advised the occupants of the residence to keep down the noise.

Narrative: Caller reported possibly having some type of reaction from a drug she took at a party outside of the Village. Aided transported to the hospital.

Narrative: Caller stated he was delivering a pizza in the Bari Manor complex and parked in a resident’s parking spot to do so. When he returned to his vehicle, the owner of the spot began to yell at him and blocked caller in the spot with his vehicle. Patrol dispatched. Patrol reported mediating the situation; condition corrected.

Narrative: Caller reported a tree down that is partially blocking the roadway at location. Patrols dispatched and confirmed a tree down opposite the entrance to Duck Pond Park. Patrols placed cones at location and report road passable.  Notification made to DPW to address in the morning.

Narrative: Alarm company reported an activated commercial fire alarm at location. Patrol dispatched.  Patrol reported checking the building with CFD personnel and all is ok.

Narrative: Caller reported that while walking at Black Rock Park, he advised a dog park goer that the park was closed. The male then yelled an obscenity at the caller. Caller stated that after he finished his walk, he went back home and was in his driveway when the male who had cursed at him, drove his vehicle in front of his driveway, spun his wheels, and threatened him. Blotter only at this time.
