Narrative: Patrols responded to a Village Park for three subjects forcing entry into a building. Patrols and Detective Division subsequently arrested a 19-year-old female from Croton, an 18-year-old female from Croton, and an 18-year-old male from El Cerrito, California for Burglary in the 3rd degree.
