Narrative: Patrol Units responded to Cleveland Drive for a report of a 65-year-old Croton resident who cut his leg. Croton EMS responded and the aided refused further medical attention.

Narrative: Patrol Unit stopped a 2000 Chevrolet S10 for failure to signal. A 27-year-old Cortlandt Manor resident was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation as well as Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree (Concentrated Cannabis), and released on bail.

Narrative: Patrol Units responded to the Croton-Harmon Train Station for a report of a 45-year-old Croton resident who blacked out. Croton EMS responded and the aided refused further medical attention.

Narrative: Patrol Unit stopped a 2006 Honda Accord for having a suspended registration. A 30-year-old Peekskill resident was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree as well as having a suspended registration, and released on bail.

Narrative: Patrol Units responded to Section H of the Croton-Harmon Train Station parking lot for a report of a suspicious vehicle. A 17-year-old Ossining resident was arrested for possessing concentrated cannabis and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree. He was released on his own recognizance.

Narrative: Patrol Units responded to Route 9 Northbound for a report of a two-car motor vehicle accident.

Call Type: Arrest
Narrative: Croton Police received a call reporting an erratic driver traveling into the Village on Route 129. Patrol Unit responded to the area and stopped the vehicle for traveling over the double yellow lines. A 44-year-old Croton resident was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated as well as having a Blood Alcohol Content greater than .08%. She was released on her own recognizance.

Narrative: While patrolling the Croton River, the Croton Marine Unit was flagged down by a civilian stating that there was a kayaker in distress. The Marine Unit located a 74-year-old Pleasantville resident in the water. Officers entered the water and assisted the aided onto the CPD boat and transported him to the Echo Canoe launch where Croton EMS was waiting. Aided refused further medical assistance.

Location: Silver Lake Park and Mayo's Landing

Narrative: Officers on park duty during the day on Truesdale Drive near Silver Lake Park and Nordica Drive at Mayo's Landing advised motorists and pedestrians of the residents-only requirements of those two areas. As a result, Officers reported numerous vehicles (approximately 35) and some pedestrians who tried to access the park facilities leave the area as they were all non-residents. Officers also reported confiscating and destroying drugs from a few of the vehicles.

Narrative: Patrol Units responded to Maple Street for a report of a car vs. bicycle accident. The 15-year-old cyclist was transported to the hospital by Croton EMS. The operator of the vehicle, a 28-year-old Croton Resident, was issued a summons for unlicensed operator.

Narrative: Patrol Units responded to Municipal Place for a report of a two-car motor vehicle accident.

Narrative: Officers on park duty during the day on Truesdale Drive near Silver Lake Park and Nordica Drive at Mayo's Landing advised motorists and pedestrians of the residents-only requirements of those two areas. As a result, Officers reported numerous vehicles (approximately 100) and some pedestrians who tried to access the park facilities leave the area as they were all non-residents. Officers also reported confiscating and destroying drugs from a few of the vehicles encountered.  Marine patrol officers reported approximately 225-250 people in the water and on the opposite side of the Croton River.  Marine Patrol observed violations (loud music, littering, swimming safety, grilling) and many parties refused to comply with any orders given.  If there was compliance such as lowering the volume of music, the music returned to a higher level when the boat left the area. Marine Patrol further advised that the patrol boat was unable to make it to Fireman's Island, as it was unsafe to maneuver the boat in the area with the amount of people in the water.
