Narrative: Croton patrols report stopping a black Chrysler for traffic infractions.  e-Justice computer check shows that license plate is registered to a 2005 red Toyota sienna.  Patrol reports vehicle stopped is a 2012 black Chrysler sedan.  The operator does not hold a valid license. Patrol requests tow to impound vehicle.  The operator was issued four uniform traffic tickets for violating sections; 306-b (expired inspection), 402-4 (improper plates), 401-1a (unregistered mv) and 509-1(unlicensed operator) of the NYS Vehicle & Traffic Laws.  Defendant due to return on 03/23/2022 at 1100 hours in village court.  License plates confiscated and given to the proper registered owner. Vehicle inventory was completed and filed. Vehicle was impounded and towed from the roadway.

Narrative: Resident reports a large construction dumpster full of debris was left on the street near his residence, causing a traffic hazard.  Patrols dispatched and report AAA Carting removed dumpster from location and replaced it with an empty one. Village code enforcement was notified and responded to follow up.

Narrative: Caller reports his wife fell and has struck her head injuring forehead.  He was relayed to 60 Control for an ambulance.  He reports his wife takes different medications.  60 Control talking with caller and dispatching EMS, State Police contacted to respond.

Narrative:  Cell phone caller reporting an erratic driver in a Nissan with tinted windows, weaving in and out of traffic, operator possibly drunk.  While caller was on line, vehicle veered off, struck another vehicle and caused the second vehicle to roll over, landing on its roof.   Croton patrols dispatched, 60 Control notified to send Croton ambulance and fire department.  Route 9 south closed.   Patrol requests tow for both vehicles.  New York State Department of Transportation contacted and responded to assist with glass clean up.  Croton EMS transported one male operator to local hospital. Report to be filed.

Narrative: Caller reports possible drunk driver at the gas station on Croton Point Avenue. The  caller reports the male operating a 2017 gray Honda CRV staggered to his vehicle, got inside, hit two safety bars near the gas pumps and pulled out of parking lot headed towards train station.  Patrols dispatched and Ossining Police were notified.  Patrols report no damage to the pumps.  Vehicle reportedly had front end damage and the bumper hanging low.

Narrative: 60 Control dispatched Croton ambulance to tracks one and four for two highly intoxicated passengers.  Croton patrols dispatched to assist Metropolitan Transportation Police patrols already reported to be on location.  Ambulance and paramedic responded to train station.  Croton EMS personnel requested a second ambulance for an intoxicated male.  Patrols report subject inbound arrived on train and was just sleeping, not intoxicated.  Patrols report female aided refused further medical treatment.

Narrative: Caller reports the fire alarm is activated and there is an odor of something like plastic burning.  Patrols dispatched to church.  Caller relayed to 60 Control and the Croton Fire apparatus dispatched to location.  Patrols report fire personnel out investigating.  Patrols report source not located. Fire department handling.

Narrative: Wanted subject turned himself in on active bench warrant dated 2/21/2018.  Warrant issued for failure to appear in village court on charges of: Penal law 190.23 False person, Vehicle & Traffic Law section/ 511-01a Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd and 1180 0B/Speeding.  Defendant booked and processed, brought before Judge Green.  Warrant cancelled in impact and eJustice.

Narrative: Ossining Police reporting Briarcliff Police patrols following a gold Ford Edge with a male operator on route 9a north failing to comply.  Vehicle last seen in area of route 134 in Ossining, no license plate given.  Westchester County Police -Real Time Crime report a possible vehicle as a 2018 gold Ford Edge registered to female in Croton.   Patrols checked that address and other possible addresses with negative results.   Westchester County Police Aviation and State Police also in area, vehicle sighted by aviation on Albany Post road and prospect heading north.  At 10:44 AM, Briarcliff Police stated they no longer wanted vehicle. Patrols advised.

Child was located and remained with her father.

Patrol reports a 42 year old Croton resident appeared intoxicated and was transported to Westchester Medical Center with multiple injuries. While at the hospital Patrol issued the operator summonses for Driving While Intoxicated, Failure to keep right on roadway, and failed to stay within traffic lane; with a return court date of 03/16/2022 at 9:00 am.

Narrative: The Detective Division arrested a 36 year old Montrose resident in relation to an open Grand Larceny case for stealing a vehicle from the parking lot of a business located on Albany Post Rd in 2020. He was charged with 2 counts of Grand Larceny 3rd degree, was arraigned in front of Judge Green and remanded to the Westchester County Jail with a return court date of 03/09/2022 at 9:00 am.
