Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of Harrison Street for a male with a medical issue. Croton EMS also responded and transported the male to the hospital.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of Grand Street on a report of a male lying down. Patrol checked on the male who did not require any further care.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of Cleveland Drive on a report of several youths fighting. Patrol checked the area but could not locate the youths.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of Brook Trail for a female with a medical issue. Croton EMS also responded and transported the female to the hospital.

Narrative: Desk officer received a call from a female looking for her lost dog. At about the same time a call was received from someone who found the animal located at the Croton Dam. Desk officer exchanged information and the owner of the dog was able to retrieve the animal.

Narrative: Desk received a 911 call from a homeowner on Quaker Ridge Road in the Town of Cortlandt reporting smoke in her house. Caller was transferred to the Croton Fire Department who responded to the residence.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of the Echo Canoe Launch on a report of a possible homeless man sleeping in the grass. Patrol spoke to the male who refused any assistance.

Narrative: The Police desk received a call from a man in Scranton, PA, inquiring about his stolen vehicle that may have been located in Croton-on-Hudson. After further investigation it was determined that an error was made by another police agency and the vehicle had never been located in Croton-on-Hudson.

Narrative: A caller in the area of Grand Street reported that a blue Subaru just sped past her and almost struck her. Patrol officers canvassed the area for the vehicle but were unable to locate it.

Narrative: A caller reported a blue Subaru speeding on Route 9 near the area of the southern border with Ossining. Patrol responded and were able to locate and stop the vehicle on Route 9 near the northern border with Cortlandt. Patrol spoke with the operator and issued a verbal warning.

Narrative: A patrol officer located and removed a large piece of sheet metal from Route 9 that was in traffic.

Narrative: A patrol officer observed a male in the area of South Riverside Avenue who had stopped along the roadway to relieve himself on the shoulder. The officer issued the male a verbal warning and sent him on his way.

Narrative: A resident of the village came into police headquarters to report being harassed by the boyfriend of a friend.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of Route 9 south near the Ossining border on a report of a piece of car exhaust in the roadway. Patrols located a large drive shaft in the lane and were able to move it out of traffic.

Narrative: While on Route 9 removing an object from the roadway, a patrol officer located a cell phone on the shoulder. Cell phone is a Samsung S10 and it was returned to police headquarters.

Narrative: The police desk received two 911 calls from two drivers involved in a motor vehicle accident on Route 9. Both drivers continued driving and were following each other. Drivers were advised to pull over so that officers can respond and speak to them. Patrol officers responded to Route 9 and located both vehicles. After investigation it was determined the accident happened near Peekskill in the Town of Cortlandt. The New York State Police were contacted and responded to the scene to handle the accident.

Narrative: The Police desk received a 911 call from Bethel Springvale requesting an ambulance for an unresponsive patient. Croton EMS was contacted and responded to the scene.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the area of the Echo Canoe Launch on a report of a homeless man at that location. Patrol responded and spoke to the individual who, as on previous occasions, refused any assistance.

Narrative: Patrol responded to a residence on Benedict Boulevard on a report of smoke alarms going off. Croton FD also responded. Smoke alarms were determined to be going off in error.

Narrative: A caller reported a truck parked illegally and blocking traffic on Grand Street near the area of Church Street. A parking enforcement officer responded and located the truck which was not blocking traffic and parked legally.

Narrative: Patrol responded to Route 9 to assist the New York State Police with traffic from the result of a car fire in the Town of Cortlandt.

Narrative: Patrol officers responded to the area of Vassallo Park and Old Post Road South to provide an escort for the CHHS “Take Back the Night” event.

Narrative: A resident of Benedict Boulevard reported that his son left and did not return home. Patrols checked several locations but could not locate the youth. Youth was later located outside of Croton.

Narrative: Patrol responded to a residence on Elmore Avenue for a male with a medical issue. Croton EMS also responded but did not transport the male to the hospital.

Narrative: Alarm company reporting an alarm at village owned property on Elliott Way. Patrol checked on the location and notified the village Recreation Department.

Narrative: Patrol officers responded to a residence on Cleveland Drive for a female having a medical issue. Croton EMS also responded. Croton EMS transported the female to the hospital and a patrol officer accompanied the ambulance. While in route to the hospital, the female became combative. The patrol officer that was with the ambulance requested assistance from the Mount Pleasant Police Department. Female was transported to the hospital.

Narrative: The Westchester Real Time Crime Center called to request patrols check the area of Route 9 for a vehicle possibly occupied by a wanted person. Patrols responded to the area and report that the New York State Police had already located the vehicle. Patrol assisted the New York State Police.

Narrative: An employee of the New York Sports Clubs called to report a male was at that location that was neither a member nor a personal trainer. Patrols responded but the male had left prior to their arrival. Investigation into incident is ongoing.

Narrative: A caller in the area of Croton Point Avenue reported being a concerned about a female she observed wearing no shoes and having trouble getting into her car. Caller unsure if the female should be driving. Patrols responded to the location but the female was already gone. Patrol canvassed a larger area but could not locate the vehicle.

Narrative: Caller from the area of Sunset Trail reported his cat is missing. Caller described the cat as a one year old red kitten.

Narrative: Patrol responded to a residence on Lark Lane for a female having a medical issue. Croton EMS also responded and transported the female to the hospital.

Narrative: Patrol responded to the Croton Harmon Train Station on a report of a male who had fallen onto the train tracks. The MTA police also responded to the incident. Upon arrival, patrol officers report the male was lying on the tracks and refusing police commands to get up and off the tracks. Patrol officers report having to get onto the tracks to bring the male back up onto the platform. Male was combative and refusing all police commands. Patrol officers attempted to calm the male down and send him with an ambulance to the hospital for evaluation. Male then became more combative and a physical struggle ensued. After struggling with the male, Croton patrol officers and MTA patrol officers were able to restrain him and bring him into the ambulance. Croton EMS transported the male to the hospital with MTA patrol officers assisting.
