Report Issues to the Village DPW for Action

The Department of Public Works encourages residents to report any issues on their street or in their neighborhood to help make the Village a better and safer place to live and work. Please make use of the department's request for service form to report issues such as:
- Street light outages
- Potholes
- Damaged or missing street signs
- Visual obstructions in the roadway
- Clogged or damaged catch basins
Please note that issues on state roadways such as Route 9, North Riverside Avenue (Route 9A) and Maple Street (Route 129) should be reported to the New York State Department of Transportation: (845) 431-5750.
DPW will review each request received to assign priority and strive to address them in a timely manner. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
