PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that resolutions have been adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a meeting on August 16, 2021, to open a PUBLIC HEARING on the following:
Local Law Introductory No. 11 of 2021 to adopt Chapter 99 of the Village Code, Cannabis On-Site Consumption Opt-Out, to prohibit on-site cannabis consumption establishments within the Village of Croton-on-Hudson.
THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the above on Monday, September 20, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard.
The meeting will also be broadcast live on www.crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 78.
