Municipal Building Reopen to Public Access

The Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building has reopened to the public as of today, Tuesday, January 18. The Village continues to strongly encourage those looking to conduct Village business to do so using our online forms or by utilizing the Village dropbox located outside the Municipal Building.

As the current health situation is fluid, the opening of the building is based on the infection rates of the surrounding area and the health and welfare of Village staff. If conditions warrant a change in the building’s public access, a notice will be sent out.

Please note that all individuals entering the building at this time are required to be masked regardless of vaccination status.

Please also note that notwithstanding the provisions of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law to the contrary, Village meetings will continue to be conducted remotely in accordance with the Chapter 417 of the Laws of 2021 in light of the public health and safety concerns associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
