ADULT 60+ PROGRAM: Famous Women Photographers Lecture Series
Participants will view the artwork of selected famous women photographers including Dorothea Lange, Diane Arbus, Annie Leibovitz, Vivian Maier, Sally Mann, Cindy Sherman, and others. Prof. Susan Courtney will discuss the time period in which they lived, influences on their content and style, impact on the art world, & personal life. This program is provided by Westchester Community College Mainstream Program and funded through the US Department of Health & Human Services — Administration on Aging (AoA), New York State Office for the Aging, and Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services.
ADULT 60+ TRIP: Round Up Texas BBQ & Cold Spring Stroll
Join Croton Recreation for an authentic BBQ lunch at Round Up Texas BBQ! If the weather is nice we can sit outside. Finish with a stroll through Cold Spring and perhaps enjoy a scoop of ice cream at Moo Moo’s Creamery. Individual checks for lunch and ice cream, but we’ll provide the transportation.
